On 23, 24, and 25 August 2021, Lexa International Consulting Congo had the honour of providing training to the agents of La Congolaise des Banques, the theme of which was SECURITY LAW AND MANAGEMENT OF BANKING GUARANTEES. This training enabled the agents of this major banking institution to become familiar with and master all the issues related to the implementation of guarantees under OHADA law. With this training Lexa International marks its presence in the banking sector, and its will to accompany the banks facing the problematic related to the implementation of guarantees and the mitigation of the risks.
