February 2021 - Lexa International Consulting Congo advised the national company La Congolaise des Eaux in the negotiation and conclusion of a concession contract with 3PRS Congo, a Congolese subsidiary of the Swiss group 3 P RENEWABLES SWITZERLAND SA which is a major player in the water treatment sector.
This 22-year BOOT public-private partnership contract will increase the pumping and water production capacity by 10,950,000 m3/year. This will increase the drinking water supply needs of the city of Pointe Noire. This operation demonstrates Lexa International's local Congolese expertise in the legal sector and its willingness to assist both local and international clients in the implementation and expansion of their energy projects.
